Job summary

AC3 is looking for a Cyber Security Operations Team Lead to oversee our SOC Analysts and coordinate security operations within the SOC. You will guide threat detection, response, and remediation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure ICT services.

You will mentor staff, manage on-call rosters, and drive continuous improvements in security monitoring and incident resolution. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Sentinel, Defender, and Splunk is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of modern cyber security technologies.
• Ability to mentor a multidisciplinary tech team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SOC Analyst team operations.
