Job summary

Recruitment Hive is seeking a Lead Cyber Analyst to join a federal government department, supporting Australia’s agricultural exports and biosecurity risk management. The role demands 3-5 years in a government cyber team, ability to present security artifacts to senior audiences, and lead security risk assessments across Azure Cloud and legacy systems.

Hybrid work across QLD/WA/ACT/VIC/NSW/NT/SA/TAS with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience working within Government conducting security risk assessments in a cyber team.
• Proven ability to conducting security risk assessments with Azure Cloud, Legacy ICT systems, AI Technology and complex systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of networking infrastructure.
• Strong written ability is required, to be able to explain complex systems to a non-technical audience.
