You will support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring cost of goods, labor and other operating expenses, while upholding food safety and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment within a busy hospitality setting.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to understand and explain kitchen financial performance indicators (COGS, labor, wastage).
• Sound understanding of food safety concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Aiding in the training and growth of the entire kitchen team.
