Qualifikationen

• Provide high level community-based Occupational Therapy clinical services to clients of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service.
• Provide clinical practice supervision for HP3 Occupational Therapy staff.
• Supervise allied health assistants and delegation within the service.

Aufgaben

• Provide high level community-based Occupational Therapy clinical services to clients of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service, including the Transition Care Program.
• Focus on rehabilitation/restorative care for patients discharged after acute or sub-acute care.
• Provide clinical practice supervision for HP3 Occupational Therapy staff within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service.
• Assist with supervision and leadership and provide delegation to allied health assistants within the service.
