Job summary

The Australian War Memorial seeks a Manager for Collection and Digital Asset Management Systems (CDAMS) to lead the development, maintenance, user support and training for CMS, and to integrate CMS with the Digital Asset Management System. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the Memorial’s CMS and the integrated CMS/ DAMS.
• Manage the CMS Team in delivering help desk, training programs, performance reporting and policy updates.
• Collaborate with IT and DAMS managers to ensure proactive, consultative CMS/DAMS management.
• Manage the relationship with CMS vendors to ensure system performance and growth.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation for executive management.
• Develop and manage team members and demonstrate leadership across the Collection Services team.
