Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Cloud Solutions Consultant for our ANZ Cloud and Customer Experience practice. This senior, client-facing role will own architecture, drive discovery with stakeholders, and lead a small squad of consultants delivering cloud modernisation, data, and CX platforms on AWS.

You will mentor others, shape technical outcomes, and stay hands-on with code and reference implementations. Flexible hybrid work from our Sydney office is available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud engineering, architecture, or technical consulting in consulting or SI/partner environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AWS solution design for enterprise clients.
• Technical leadership of a delivery team or squad with mentoring and quality accountability.
• Deep AWS platform knowledge across compute, containers, serverless, storage, networking, and data services.
• Strong development capability in Python and/or TypeScript with IaC (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business, operations, and IT stakeholders and translate findings into architecture.
• Own end-to-end solution design and act as design authority for the engagement.
• Lead a squad of mid to senior consultants and set technical direction.
• Stay hands-on: write code, build reference implementations, and prove out hard parts.
• Lead migrations to AWS, including contact centre migrations to Amazon Connect with plan for cutover and rollback.
• Design data and AI-enabled capability using Glue, Athena, QuickSight, Bedrock, and Connect AI with production guardrails.
• Mentor the squad and build reusable IP such as reference architectures and accelerators.
• Support pre-sales when required; this is a delivery-led role.
