Job summary

The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking an experienced allied health professional to join the Complex Care team at Launceston General Hospital, to support the right place right care patient journey and quality outcomes for our patients.

The successful applicant will provide expert clinical advice on care management and complex discharge planning. This is a permanent part-time day worker role with hours up to 68.4 per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
