Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Health Information Management (or equivalent) with professional membership eligibility.
• Extensive clinical coding, auditing and quality improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of activity-based funding and data quality principles.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing coding team to deliver accurate, timely and reliable clinical data.
