Job summary

ISS Facility Services (Australia) is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for our Defence Site in Adelaide. You will supervise teams, coordinate rosters and inductions, and ensure a proactive cleaning service while maintaining safety and quality across facilities.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar supervisory position, strong communication, and the ability to work in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role as a cleaning supervisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to service delivery.
• Ability to identify risks, safety issues and operational challenges and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams across multiple shifts to ensure high standards.
• Coordinate rosters, attendance, and cover for absences.
• Conduct site inductions and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor stock, cleaning materials and equipment safety and storage.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and manage sensitive situations with respect.
