Department of Education Victoria in Traralgon is seeking qualified classroom teachers to plan, prepare and deliver programs that achieve targeted student outcomes. You will engage in structured teaching practices and contribute to school improvement within a supportive, evidence-based framework.

Role involves direct instruction across Prep–Grade 6, collaboration with school staff, and active participation in school leadership and professional learning aligned with Department values.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of the curriculum with the ability to integrate literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience planning and delivering high impact teaching strategies; assess learning growth.
• Experience monitoring and using data to inform teaching practice and give feedback to students and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum programs.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the School Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Support staff with non-teaching supervisory duties.
