Respect in Riverside Gardens is seeking an experienced Chef Supervisor to lead our kitchen team, delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for residents.

Based at Riverside Gardens, the role focuses on safe food handling, menu planning, and collaborating with care staff to meet dietary needs, while mentoring staff and maintaining records.

Permanent site-based role with opportunities to contribute to dining experiences and dignity for older Australians.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a Chef.
• Proven leadership experience in a chef supervision or head chef role.
• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and resident preferences.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards.
• Assist with menu planning and stock control.
