Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Tavern At The Rocks, bringing pub classics to life with creative flair and a focus on consistency across meals. The role offers a base salary from $85,000 plus Super and Bonus, with potential group-wide discounts through Endeavour Group.

You will manage daily kitchen operations, mentor a team, and collaborate closely with the Publican and front-of-house to maintain a memorable dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• You’ve got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted.
• You live and breathe the Head Chef life - creating food people talk about and coming in each day ready to lead.

Responsibilities

• Command the kitchen like it’s your own, keeping it running smooth, safe, and profitable.
