The Meat & Wine Co Perth is seeking experienced Chefs to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will lead a professional and hardworking crew, ensuring dishes are prepared to our high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements include 1+ years kitchen experience, char-grill expertise, a relevant Diploma or equivalent, strong leadership and communication, impeccable hygiene, and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Qualifications

• 1+ years kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prepare all dishes to The Meat & Wine Co standard.
• A relevant Diploma qualification OR at least 1–3 years of relevant employment experience.
• Experience cooking over a char-grill essential.
• Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Effective communication to maintain a secure and friendly working environment.
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation and requirements.
• Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
