Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is hiring Advanced Practitioners within Community Corrections Services in Victoria. Qualifications

• Experience with best practice case management frameworks for complex/high-risk clients.
• Ability to apply theoretical concepts to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
• Experience leading staff responsible for operational service delivery.
• Attention to language and behaviour promoting inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of predominately complex and high-risk individuals.
• Prepare case plans and written reports for senior stakeholders.
• Apply judgement in risk identification and assessment.
• Develop relationships with cross-government and community stakeholders.
• Motivate and influence staff in best case management practice.
