You will lead a small installation team, oversee bespoke steel window and door installations and ensure flawless finishes while interpreting architectural plans and installation details.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Carpentry with extensive hands-on experience.
• Proven experience working on high-end architectural homes or luxury residential builds.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless finishes.
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising or coordinating a small crew.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
• Confidence reading and interpreting architectural plans and drawings.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with builders and clients.
• A positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
• A genuine passion for building, design and quality craftsmanship.
• A current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a small installation team on high-end residential projects.
• Work closely with our Project Manager to coordinate installations and maintain project timelines.
• Assemble, fit and install bespoke architectural steel windows, doors and associated features.
• Interpret architectural plans, technical drawings and installation details.
• Carry out precision carpentry, adjustments and finishing work to exceptional standards.
• Liaise professionally with builders, site supervisors and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet our strict quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
