Job summary

Transdev John Holland Buses NSW is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership to a diverse maintenance team across three depots in Port Botany, Randwick and Waverley, ensuring safety, quality and fleet reliability.

You will supervise mechanics, auto electricians, body repairers, spray painters and apprentices; perform trade-based maintenance; conduct inspections; and drive maintenance strategies to improve fleet performance.
