Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major brownfields upgrade in a large minerals processing operation in Australia. You will oversee the full lifecycle from FEL3 through construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating teams, contractors and stakeholders.

The role requires engineering or project management qualifications with 10+ years’ experience delivering multi‑million dollar projects. A focus on safety, schedule and cost control is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering industrial or resource sector projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of brownfields upgrade project from FEL3 through to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Drive safety, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Ensure operational readiness and successful project handover.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from front-end studies to commissioning.
