CAMILLA is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager for our Karrinyup Boutique in Perth. You will maintain exceptional customer service, leverage deep product knowledge to tell CAMILLA stories, and lead the boutique team in line with CAMILLA values.

Qualifications
- Retail management experience (2–3 years minimum).
- Strong customer service and ability to tailor in-store experiences.
- Presentable and brand ambassador.
- Empathetic and kind leader.
- Proven sales and KPI success.
- Enjoys boutique environment and maintains high standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers
- Have extensive product knowledge and storytelling of CAMILLA
- Lead their Boutique Tribe by example using the CAMILLA values
- Assist the Boutique Manager in day-to-day management
- Meet KPI's and coach others to achieve theirs
- Take responsibility for the Boutiques Visual Merchandising and sensory experience
- Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers
- Ensure that the Boutique and its angels are in line with CAMILLA standards
