Job summary

CP Personnel is seeking an experienced Company Bookkeeper for a hands-on role in a manufacturing business in the Redlands. You will own day-to-day bookkeeping, manage AP/AR, BAS/GST compliance and liaise with management, suppliers and customers.

You will bring 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong MYOB skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounts.
• Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Sound knowledge of BAS/GST and general bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Manage purchase orders and purchasing administration.
• Prepare information for BAS, GST and statutory reporting.
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports.
• Liaise with external accountants and advisers.
• Identify discrepancies, errors and unusual transactions and bring them to management's attention.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant financial records.
