LRQA in Sydney is seeking an experienced Assessor to conduct business assurance assessments and lead multi-disciplinary teams. You will produce high quality reports and actively discuss additional LRQA services with clients, while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include supervising new Assessors, mentoring auditors, and supporting product development initiatives. A professional with CPD maintenance and strong MS Office skills will thrive in this role.

Formación

• Thorough understanding of management systems/scheme requirements and their application.
• Experience in third party auditing/assessment at system and process levels.
• Appreciation of the full range of MSIS products and services.
• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Within authorised area of specialism, undertake business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures.
• Lead multi-disciplinary and/ or international assessment teams effectively, ensuring timely visits and co-ordinating findings.
• Produce high quality assessment reports reflecting business assurance principles and accreditation requirements.
• Discuss additional LRQA services to clients and promote higher value offerings.
• Keep client stakeholders informed, identify opportunities and pass leads to colleagues.
• Pass feedback to internal recipients and lead client improvement projects as required.
• Maintain CPD records, update LRQA CV, and keep registrations current.
• Supervise induction/coaching for new Assessors and mentor less experienced Lead Assessors.
• Assist in assessor development, product development or projects as required.
• Participate in Auditor meetings, develop materials, and coach others in your area of expertise.
