Endeavour Energy in New South Wales seeks an experienced Principal Engineer to lead asset integrity and maintenance for critical electricity networks. You will translate data, field observations, and regulatory requirements into defensible maintenance strategies and engineering standards.

With 12+ years in electricity networks or reliability engineering, you’ll apply FMECA/RCM/RAMS, build PoF models and provide technical leadership while supporting investment decisions and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying FMECA, RCM, RAMS and quantitative asset risk modelling.
• Strong technical writing, stakeholder influencing and engineering leadership skills.
• Familiarity with asset management systems such as SAP PM.

Responsabilités

• Shape maintenance standards and practices across designated asset portfolios.
• Develop risk-based maintenance strategies and intervention plans.
• Lead complex asset failure investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enhance asset risk models (PoF and RAMS).
• Provide Principal Engineer-level technical authority and mentorship.
