Qualifications

• Trade certificate in aircraft maintenance or recognised aeroskills qualification.
• Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and safety practices.
• Strong communication, patience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise RAAF Fitters and Airbus apprentices toward AME qualifications.
• Lead safety-focused maintenance activities and documentation checks.
• Support long-term career development of apprentices.
