At Airbus Richmond, we perform heavy maintenance and modifications on the RAAF's vital C-130J Hercules fleet. We aren't just maintaining aircraft; we are building the future of Australian aviation.

We are looking for seasoned Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical, Structures, or Avionics) to step into a full-time mentorship role to support our up-and-coming Apprentices. If you have the knowledge and the passion to lead and teach, we have a long-term home for you.

What You Bring to the Hangar

We are looking for someone with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and a genuine desire to pass on their skills. To be successful, you will need:

• Qualifications: A Trade Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, a Cert IV or Diploma in Aeroskills, or a DASR 66 / CASA Part 66 Licence.
• Expertise: A solid understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and safety practices.
• The Right Attitude: Patience, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.

Note: Prior military experience, heavy maintenance experience, or specific C-130J knowledge is highly regarded, but not mandatory.
