Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a committed Team Leader to join the inbound team at the Avalon National Distribution Centre in Victoria. You will lead daily plans, prioritise tasks, and drive KPI performance while upholding safety and compliance across warehouse operations.

In this role you will supervise SOPs, support training, and work with WMS dispatch systems and freight carrier software to optimise receiving, storage and shipping processes.
