Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Structured cabling or fibre qualifications advantageous.
• 5–10 years of experience in network infrastructure deployment or data center environments.
• Experience managing subcontractors and on-site installation crews.
• Strong coordination with M&E teams for power and cooling bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of site execution for Network Layer 1 infrastructure.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise network rack move-in, positioning and installation.
• Manage rack & stack and physical network equipment deployment.
• Coordinate installation of fibre optic cabling, copper cabling, patch panels, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate progressive power and cooling readiness with M&E and data center teams.
• Lead troubleshooting on site to identify and close issues quickly.
