Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma, Technical Certificate or relevant vocational qualification in Telecommunications or related technical discipline.
- Candidates without formal technical qualifications will be considered if they show strong fibre optic installation experience.
- Fibre optic installation, splicing, testing, structured cabling or networking certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Practical field experience in fibre installation and site supervision will be strongly considered.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Network Layer 1 installation activities at site.
- Coordinate fibre optic cable installation, routing and terminations.
- Ensure installations follow drawings, schedules and project standards.
- Support fibre testing activities including OTDR and insertion loss.
- Maintain safety and manage daily planning and reporting.
