Job summary

Naiman Clarke, a prominent Australian law firm, seeks a candidate with 2–3 years post-admission experience in statutory workers’ compensation to join its personal injury team in Sydney. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers to manage varied claims and provide high-quality client service.

You will liaise with clients, medical experts, insurers and counsel, draft submissions, and contribute to a client-centered practice that values mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years post admission experience in statutory workers' compensation.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage files efficiently and independently.
