Job summary

Montgomery Advisory is seeking a corporate lawyer with 3-4 years' PAE to advise on IPOs, equity raisings and governance for listed entities across Australia. You will work on high-profile public market deals, alongside market leaders, and contribute to complex advisory work for banks, institutions and growth businesses.

You will benefit from close mentorship, substantial client exposure and increasing responsibility as your career progresses within a collaborative and high-performing team

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' post-qualification experience in a reputable corporate practice
• Experience advising listed entities and understanding Australian regulatory landscape
• Interest in capital markets, corporate transactions and company advisory work
• Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop within a high-performing team

Working alongside recognised leaders in the market, you will be involved in high-profile deals and complex advisory work for listed companies, financial institutions, investors and growth-stage businesses.

About You

• 3-4 years' post-qualification experience gained within a reputable corporate practice
