Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions.
• Handle cross-border acquisitions, restructures and divestments.
• Involve private equity transactions, capital markets matters including IPOs and capital raisings.
• Participate in joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and governance matters.

About You

You will ideally have:

• 4+ years' post-admission experience in Corporate/M&A from a leading or well-regarded commercial law firm

• The confidence to manage client relationships and contribute to complex transactions
• Experience with public company work and ASX Listing Rules (advantageous but not essential)
