Job summary

Higgins Lawyers in the Blue Mountains region is seeking a motivated lawyer with approximately 4-5 years post-admission experience to join our team.

You will work across a diverse range of practice areas, including Family Law, Wills and Estates, Probate, Conveyancing and Property Law, Commercial matters, Litigation and General Advice, building strong client relationships and delivering practical, client-focused guidance within a supportive regional firm.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-5 years post-admission experience.
• Experience across a range of legal matters.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Excellent organisational and file management abilities.
• A practical and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A current unrestricted practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).

Higgins Lawyers is a growing and well-established law firm serving the Blue Mountains, Lithgow and surrounding regions. We are seeking a motivated lawyer with approximately 4-5 years post-admission experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys variety and is willing to build a broad practice across multiple areas of law. We are looking for a generalist who can provide practical, client-focused advice and develop strong relationships within the community.

About the Role

You will work across a diverse range of practice areas, including:

• Family Law

• Wills and Estates

• Probate and Estate Administration

• Conveyancing and Property Law

• Commercial and Business Matters

• Litigation and Dispute Resolution

• General Legal Advice

Experience and a genuine interest in Family Law are preferred, although applicants with strong general practice experience and a willingness to further develop in this area are encouraged to apply.
