Job summary

The role involves delivering career management skills modules, workshops, and individual coaching throughout study and after graduation.

You will build relationships with employers and alumni, design innovative engagement programs, and manage digital career content across platforms.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering student-focused programs in higher education or professional services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyse information, apply judgement and develop practical solutions.
• Proven organisational and planning skills managing multiple priorities.
• Experience interpreting policies and applying guidelines consistently.
