Moray & Agnew, a leading Australian law firm with a strong Melbourne office, invites ambitious law graduates to join our graduate program. You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure across practice groups including Corporate, Property, and Litigation.

Following a structured induction and our Learning & Development program, you will undertake legal research, draft documents, attend client meetings, and shadow mediations, with opportunities to manage small matters

Qualifications

• Completed law degree (and possibly pursuing postgraduate studies/PLT).
• Strong academic results and the ability to apply critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Legal research tasks
• Preparing court documents for litigated matters
• Discovery of documents
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Attending client meetings and shadowing mediations and informal settlements
• Running small litigated matters from start to finish.
