Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the on-site laundry facility and lead a dedicated team to uphold high cleanliness standards. You will implement efficient processes, coordinate with hotel departments and ensure timely delivery of laundered items across guest rooms, outlets and amenities.

Successful candidates will have supervisory experience in hospitality laundry, strong communication, organisational skills and flexibility to work varied shifts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in laundry operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands
