Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in laundry operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in handling diverse situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
