The Star Gold Coast is seeking an Event Services Assistant Floor Manager to lead delivery of exceptional events at our world‑class events centre. You will drive flawless execution from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, ensuring every detail is meticulously delivered under pressure.

What we are looking for

• Proven leadership experience, preferably within an events or conferencing environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and remain cool under pressure
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
