Shangri-La Sydney in The Rocks is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our luxury hotel on a full-time basis. You will operate our heavy washing machines, manage large linen flows, and maintain a clean, efficient laundry area to meet high-quality standards.

You should be physically fit, reliable, and able to work quickly in a team. Hospitality experience is a plus, with strong safety awareness and clear communication helping ensure smooth daily operations.

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for operating our 100kg washing machines — loading, unloading, and ensuring the efficient processing of approximately 4,000kg of linens daily. Your attention to detail and dedication will help keep our hotel’s linen service running smoothly and to the highest standard.
