Job summary

Shangri-La Sydney in the Rocks invites a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our luxury hotel team on a full-time basis. You will operate our heavy-duty washing machines, loading and unloading, and help process thousands of linens daily to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

We value physical fitness, reliability and teamwork. Prior laundry or hospitality experience is a plus but not essential; on-site training will be provided.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for operating our 100kg washing machines — loading, unloading, and ensuring the efficient processing of approximately 4,000kg of linens daily. Your attention to detail and dedication will help keep our hotel’s linen service running smoothly and to the highest standard.
