Lorna Jane is extending its footprint with the opening of a brand-new store in Bowral. As the founding Store Leader, you will build a high-performing team, shape the store culture, and establish Lorna Jane as the destination for women in the Southern Highlands.

You’ll drive customer experience, sales performance, and commercial operations from day one, including rostering, VM, stock management, and KPI achievement, with a supportive, values-driven team poised for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and opening new stores.
• Strong commercial and operational discipline.
• Ability to build a high-performing sales culture.
• Passion for the Lorna Jane brand and women’s activewear.

Responsibilities

• Open and lead Lorna Jane's first Bowral store and set the standard from day one.
• Develop the team, shape culture, drive sales KPIs and customer loyalty.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention.
• Manage rostering aligned to trade and wage targets and build team culture.
