Job summary

SEEK Pass is a trusted digital passport used by over 5 million people. SEEK is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Launch Ops team and help bring new SEEK Pass products, features and improvements to life.

You will support the successful delivery of changes across SEEK Pass products, features and workflows, working with the Launch Ops team and reporting to the Operations Manager. You will help ensure launches are operationally ready by reviewing workflows, gathering feedback,

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, customer support, project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solutions-focused problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Curiosity and adaptability for learning new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support launch readiness through planning, coordination and tracking actions.
• Test and validate new products and workflows to understand end-to-end experience.
• Support Early Access and hypercare activities by monitoring performance and feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to address requirements.
• Create operational documentation and training materials.
• Use feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and launches.
• Support business-as-usual handover and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and increase scalability.
