This varied, Sydney CBD based role, in a well-established tattoo removal studio, is perfect for an experienced Laser Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to become the go-to laser expert within a busy, fast paced client-focused studio. About the Role

You will perform laser tattoo removal treatments using laser equipment, while adhering to strict safety protocols. With a customer experience focus, you will play a key role in educating clients on treatment expectations, aftercare requirements, and the overall process, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. The role also involves maintaining detailed client records, delivering exceptional customer service, and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective laser treatments in line with studio protocol

Ensure full compliance with safety standards, treatment guidelines, and client documentation requirements

Build client trust through excellent communication and realistic guidance on treatment outcomes

Maintain laser machinery, treatment rooms, and infection control standards

Work collaboratively with the studio team to meet key performance indicators and support a positive studio culture

Carry out light cleaning and administrative duties to keep studio operations running smoothly

Complete ongoing company learning and development requirements

Days & Hours

Please note this role requires availability to work every Saturday. Mondays and Sundays are rostered off.

Weekly hours (lunch and other breaks included);

Thursday: 10:45am – 7:15pm

Friday: 9:45am – 5:15pm

Saturday: 8:45am – 4:15pm

What's Required

Laser qualification or Beauty Therapy qualification or similar is desirable

A basic understanding of skin types and skin health is highly regarded

Minimum 6 months' laser treatment experience is required

Experience working in a fast-paced clinic environment is highly advantageous, as the role can involve back-to-back client appointments throughout the day
