Job summary

Agri Talent Pty near Moree is seeking an experienced operator for laser bucket equipment to deliver precision earthworks and land-forming as part of a long-term bankless irrigation redevelopment project.

You will work with John Deere tractors, Miller laser buckets, GreenStar GPS and Terra Grade Control, following surveyor-set designs and field levels, 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with optional weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy agricultural or earthmoving machinery.
• Ability to work accurately to survey levels and established field designs.
• Current driver's licence and a strong commitment to safe, independent work.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser bucket equipment for precision cutting, filling, grading and levelling.
• Follow surveyor-set levels and field designs using GPS and grade control systems.
• Complete daily pre-starts, greasing and basic servicing.
• Report hazards, mechanical faults and operational issues promptly.

About the Role:Based near Moree, you will operate John Deere tractors with Miller laser buckets, GreenStar GPS and Terra Cutta Grade Control. Working to surveyor-set designs, you will deliver accurate land-forming for a long-term bankless irrigation redevelopment. Duties Operate laser bucket equipment for precision cutting, filling, grading and levelling. Follow surveyor-set levels and field designs using GPS and grade control systems. Adjust operating techniques for soil, paddock and project conditions. Complete daily pre-starts, greasing, basic servicing and machinery care. Report hazards, mechanical faults and operational issues promptly. Skills & Experience Experience operating heavy agricultural or earthmoving machinery. Practical knowledge of cutting, filling, grading, levelling and soil movement. Ability to work accurately to survey levels and established field designs. Ability to complete pre-starts, greasing and basic servicing. Current driver's licence and a strong commitment to safe, independent work. Full Australian working rights. Benefits $45-$50 per hour plus superannuation, flexible for the right candidate. Supplied accommodation with utilities included. Approximately 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
