Job summary

Harvest Road Agribusiness Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Machinery Operators to support pasture operations. You’ll be hands‑on with loaders, trucks, telehandlers and other machinery, on a 50‑hour week with a 5:2 roster. Experience with chasers, seeders, sprayers and GPS‑guided equipment is valued.

Locations include New Norcia and Koojan Downs Farms, offering secure permanent roles. A current driver’s licence and own transport are required, with remote farm living options available.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence (HR preferred; HC/MC advantageous).
• Experience operating farm machinery and equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and practical, hands‑on approach.
• Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Willing to contribute to the Harvest Road team culture and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of farming tasks, including planting, hay making and pasture maintenance.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance of farming equipment and machinery (tractors, planting and spraying gear).
• Carry out work programs as directed by the Business Unit Manager – Farming.
• Apply chemicals via boom and hand spraying.
• Participate in toolbox talks to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Operate farm machinery safely during seeding and feeding operations.
