Job summary

Wisely Group is expanding its Field Service Division and is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters for mining excavators. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and keep large machinery running to maximise production.

You'll work hands-on with Liebherr, Hitachi, CAT and Komatsu machines in a mobile field service setting. A trade cert, strong diagnostics, and a safety-first attitude are essential. HR licence desirable.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised Trade Cert in Diesel Fitting is required.
• Proven experience on large mining excavators is essential.
• Experience with Liebherr, Hitachi, CAT and Komatsu preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Breakdown response and repairs
• Major component changeouts and mechanical repairs
• Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Working safely and efficiently to minimise downtime

THE ROLE - KEEP THE BIG DIGGERS SWINGING

We're Looking For Fitters Who Bring

• Australian recognised Trade Cert - Diesel Fitter/Heavy Diesel Mechanic
• Proven experience on large mining excavators - essential
• Experience across Liebherr, Hitachi, CAT and Komatsu
• Strong diagnostic, hydraulic and mechanical repair capabilities
• Confidence working independently in a field service environment
• A safety first attitude and pride in quality workmanship
• Current driver's licence (HR desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
