Job summary

Envirolinx Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Landscaping Labourer to join our Melbourne team on a full-time or casual basis. Based in the North West and Eastern Suburbs, you will work across diverse landscaping projects and contribute to high quality outdoor spaces.

You will perform planting, maintenance, operate mowers, trimmers and other equipment, and help with mulching and watering. We value reliability, safety, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• HR/MR/LR licence advantageous but not essential.
• Experience as Labourer or in gardening/landscaping.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Awareness of working around vehicles and traffic.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of landscaping and maintenance.
• Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and other vegetation.
• Operating equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, hand tools).
• Carrying out regular maintenance like weeding, mulching and watering.

What you'll be doing

• All aspects of Landscaping and maintenance
• Planting, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and other vegetation
• Operating landscaping equipment and tools safely, including mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and hand tools
• Conducting regular maintenance work including weeding, mulching and watering

What we're looking for

• A current HR/MR/LR licence is advantageous (not essential)
• Experienced Labourer or in a similar gardening and landscaping role
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Awareness of working around vehicles and traffic
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finished work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
