Job summary

Commercial Maintenance & Constructions Pty Ltd in Newcastle NSW is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work on a consistent pipeline of commercial landscaping projects across the local area, performing general landscape construction, turfing, planting, mulching and basic timber installation.

The role requires physical fitness, the ability to read plans, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Must have MR licence, White Card and WWCC.
• Experience reading landscape plans and specifications.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Commercial Maintenance & Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering job security and the opportunity to work across a consistent pipeline of commercial landscaping projects throughout the local area.

What you'll be doing

• General landscape construction
• Turfing, planting, mulching, soil works & softscape
• Fencing, edging, bollards & basic timber installation
• Grounds maintenance

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Able to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
• Confident and competent with hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Comfortable collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure efficient, timely project delivery
• Committed to maintaining a clean, organised work environment and high site standards
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Strong work ethic and a positive, "get-it-done" attitude
• Holds a White Card and a current driver's licence
• MUST HAVE Working With Childrens Check (WWCC) or ability to attain one
