Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking Landscape Gardening Assistants for ongoing casual assignments across residential and commercial sites in Queensland. You will perform general labour tasks, assist skilled tradespeople and help with landscape-related preparations and installations.

This role offers a strong pay package with $35.11 per hour, an 11.5% superannuation contribution and a $22 daily travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport are highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude; reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
