Job summary

Local Workforce Hire in Queensland is hiring a Landscape Gardening Assistant for consistent casual work with an immediate start. You can earn $35.11 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation and a $22 daily travel allowance, with typical weekly pay and ongoing assignments.

You will assist tradespeople across commercial and residential landscaping, construction, shopfitting and industrial sites, perform site prep, material handling, digging and general labour tasks, and you must have at least 12 months'

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials and digging/trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials; packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople on site.
• General labouring duties across landscaping, construction and shopfitting sites.
