Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Landscape Gardening Assistant in Queensland. Earn $35.11 per hour plus super and a daily travel allowance, with immediate start and typical weekly earnings around $1,400+. Casual, ongoing assignments with opportunities to secure permanent roles on-site.

You'll work across landscaping, construction, shopfitting, and industrial environments, performing general labouring, site prep, materials handling and assisting qualified tradespeople as required.

Qualifications

• 12+ months' experience in general labouring or as a trade assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Current driver licence and reliable transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials on site.
• Digging and trenching as needed.
• Lifting and carrying materials throughout tasks.
• Packing and stacking items for jobs.
• Assembling products and assisting tradespeople.
• General labouring duties across varied sites.
