Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Landscape Labourer - Enhancements to work on premium Sydney sites, delivering hands-on landscape improvements and garden rejuvenations. You will participate in planting, turfing, mulching, edging, and minor irrigation while supporting project teams across several locations.

Applicants with landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance backgrounds are encouraged, with a focus on safety, physical fitness, and reliability for ongoing, site-based work in outdoor

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, gardening or grounds maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various sites across Sydney.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to site rules.
• White Card holders or willingness to obtain one.
• Driver's Licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs and groundcovers across sites.
• Prepare and install turf; assist with mulching and garden rejuvenation.
• Perform edging installation and minor irrigation work where needed.
• Carry out garden clean-outs and landscape upgrades as directed.
• Work across multiple Sydney sites as part of a project team.
• Support general garden and grounds maintenance tasks.

Landscape Labourer - Enhancements

Love working outdoors and enjoy seeing the results of your work come to life? Join our Enhancements Team and help create and improve landscapes across premium Sydney sites.

This is a hands-on role delivering landscape improvement projects including planting, turfing, mulching, garden rejuvenations, edging installation and minor irrigation works. Every day is different, with projects ranging from park and garden upgrades to landscape refreshes for commercial and public spaces.

Whether you have landscaping experience or come from a labouring, gardening or grounds maintenance background, we'd love to hear from you.
