Job summary

Green by Nature in Sydney is seeking hands-on landscapers to deliver and improve landscapes across premium Sydney sites. This role involves planting, turfing, mulching, edging, irrigation work, and general garden maintenance as part of a project team across multiple sites.

Applicants with landscaping experience or backgrounds in labouring, gardening or grounds maintenance are encouraged to apply. A White Card is preferred and a valid driver’s licence is a plus; working rights in Australia are

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work.
• Reliable and safety-focused approach.
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver's Licence preferred but not essential.

• Turf preparation and installation.
• Mulching and garden rejuvenation works.
• Garden clean-outs and landscape upgrades.
• Timber and steel edging installation.
• Minor irrigation repairs and installation.

• Work across sites throughout Sydney as part of a project team.

This is a hands-on role delivering landscape improvement projects including planting, turfing, mulching, garden rejuvenations, edging installation and minor irrigation works. Every day is different, with projects ranging from park and garden upgrades to landscape refreshes for commercial and public spaces.

Whether you have landscaping experience or come from a labouring, gardening or grounds maintenance background, we'd love to hear from you.
